How to stop from uninstalling in the app store?

Is there a way to prevent yourself from uninstalling in the app store? This is what caused me to watch porn again after figuring out I can uninstall the app in the app store. I know I can put the app store in the no browsing app but then I won't have access to finding or downloading any apps then.
