App sometimes doesn't block Setting Sections

I use BlockP to block Accessibility Settings from where I can easily disable all accessibility permissions. However, sometimes it blocks, sometimes it doesn't and the accessibility settings show that the app is malfunctioning. I am not sure about the reason because I have given BlockP all device permissions and accessibility access and have turned off Battery optimization as well as allowed background and foreground activity. I have no idea why the app would still stop working sometimes because no other app stops like this in my phone.
