We need a Lock or Timer Mechanism

I'm new, this app is great. I was about to buy the premium because it has so many features. But there's nothing stopping us from disabling the features when an urge comes. We need a lock mechanism when we turn on an option or we have to wait a number of hours when we want to turn it off. That way, if we select it to be like a day, we have to wait a day before the feature is actually turned off.
